It is presumed that parents of the challenged are stressful and have difficult times parenting. Its cause is it is presumed that the challenged are poor, and miserable. So they are unusual, and cured. This view is based on Personal Model. It makes a point of ‘Impairment’.
To change this knowledge, the view based on Social Model of Disability is necessary.
It presumed that society causes ‘Disability’. It makes a point of ‘Disability’, not ‘Impairment’. At the view based on Social Model of Disability, the challenged aren’t cured ‘Impairment’, society must changes the view of them and their parents. So society should have a common experience with the challenged, and it takes them including their parents to its heart, and they live easily.

Examination of the Home Welfare Services on Parents of the Challenged

Deliberating about the grounds of the parents of the challenged and supporting the parents with mental isolation can support them and their children. And if they will be able to receive the home welfare services including the personal assistance, they can enjoy their life and have a good effect on their children. Living at home isn’t equal to the realization of normalization.
