This study quantitatively examines the characteristics of cognitive transitions in adolescents' gender perspectives across biological, social, and human rights dimensions, and analyzes their relationships with perceptions of social competence (interpersonal skills, empathy, and assertiveness). The findings indicate that maturity in social and human rights dimensions is significantly associated with higher social competence, suggesting that promoting gender understanding can support students' social adaptation in educational practice.
