    Joint Author, The gastric digestive behavior of starchy staple foods (white rice, white bread, udon, buckwheat noodles, Chinese noodles, and spaghetti) was investigated using a human gastric digestive simulator (GDS) that simulates gastric motility and allows direct observation of digestive behavior.
