    Sole Author, まずきの教訓』の中から、成長ステージが萌芽期の事例である13社とする。リスク特定は、特性要因図を使用する。その結果に基づき、発生確率・影響度マトリックスを作成し、リスク対応戦略を作成する。リスクの原因が組織の外部環境にある場合の発生確率は想定が困難であり、「優先度の査定を見誤る」というリスクも考えられる結果となった。

  • A Topological Method for Mathematical Dealing with Non-Quantifiable Payoff
    Joint Author, Mar. 2019, 49thInternational Conference on Social Sciences, Business, Technology and Management, Even though there are many non-quantifiable information in some business scenes, there has no "mathematical" method of dealing with them up to now. Therefore, in the present study, a mathematical method of dealing with non-quantifiable information was investigated, confining the subject to normal-form game in game theory. First of all, I defined quantifiable payoffs as "narrow payoff", and quanifiable and non-quanifiable payoffs as "broad payoff". Then, I generalized normal-form game to be able to deal with the "broad payoff" and defined it as "Generalized Normal-form Game". Finally, I mathematically discussed about whether the definition of "Generalized Normal-form Game" is meaningful by the use of general topology. As a result, one method of dealing with non-quantifiable information on business scenes was "mathematically" suggested.
