  学校が遭遇する生徒の死亡事案に対する外部からの緊急支援チームの活動は、学校の機能回復に至るまで多くの課題を解決しなければならない。特にその死が生徒の自殺によるものであった場合は、その原因や状況によって対応は他の事案にも増し、繊細で慎重な対応が求められる。当該学校への緊急支援チームは遺族の心情把握と理解を基本とし、学校長や教員らにケアプランを提供していかなければならない。本論は、生徒が自殺した架空事例を提供し、遺族の深い悲嘆や複雑な心情を理解するために支援チームが、具体的にどのようなサポートするかを示した。管理職や担任の遺族対応、さらに教職員への心理教育、他の生徒への心理的ケアのあり方を示した。具体的に起こりうることを幅広く想定し、緊急支援の方法が多岐に渡り柔軟さが増すことに重点を置き、緊急支援チームのメンバー育成のためにも知識と経験の継承をすることの重要性を指摘した。
  The external emergency support team, which manages student deaths in schools, involves the team members' overcoming many challenges to ensure that the school community regains its normal function. In the case of student suicide, sensitive and prudent care is required more than in other cases, depending on the cause and circumstances of the suicide. The emergency support team tending to the school must understand the feelings of the bereaved family, and provide a care plan to the school principal and faculties. Using a hypothetical case study of student suicide, this article examines the kind of support the emergency support team provides for the school to understand the deep grief and complex emotions of the bereaved. Specifically, the article discusses the following points: the ways in which the school management and teachers should deal with the bereaved, the approaches used by the emergency support team in the psycho-education programs, and the methods involved in caring for other students following peer suicide. It also discusses the methodologies of the emergency support team that is required to be flexible assuming a wide range of different circumstances occurring usually in real life cases.   夫婦間や親子間の暴力と同様にきょうだい間暴力は顕在化しにくい。中でも精神的暴力に分類される言葉における暴力の存在についての研究は極めて乏しい。本研究の目的は、大学生を対象にきょうだい間における精神的暴力の被害経験に関する質問紙調査を行うことであった。その結果、精神的暴力の被害率は69.8%であり、そのうち半数以上の者が身体的暴力の被害経験もあった。また、精神的暴力の被害経験がある者の方が経験のない者よりも、現在の精神的健康度が低いことが示された。さらに、精神的暴力の経験頻度が高い人ほどトラウマ症状が高いことが示唆された。今後は更に顕在化しない性的なハラスメントや暴力の被害に関しても調査する必要がある。
  Sibling abuse is difficult to notice like spousal violence and violence between parents and children. In particular, there are few studies of sibling emotional abuse such as verbal abuse. We conducted the Survey of Victimization to analyze emotional sibling abuse among college students. The results revealed that 69.8% of the participants experienced emotional abuse from siblings. Furthermore, it revealed that more than half of the participants who experienced emotional abuse from siblings experienced physical abuse from them. We noted that the mental health level of the abused groups is lower than that of non-abused groups. Further, we noted that the more severe the traumatic syndrome, the higher the frequency of abuse episodes.   緊急支援チームの役割の中で、心理教育の占める意味は重要である。学校では、個別ケアが求められがちだが、実際には教員や保護者が生徒を観察し、対応することでほとんどの場合は生徒の心身は落ち着く。緊急支援チームは教員や保護者と信頼関係を築き、危機から発生する事を予測し、その対応をわかりやすく説明することが重要である。その上で、大人としての役割を取り戻し、危機への対処モデルを生徒に示すことができるように促進する。本研究は、校内における生徒の死亡事故の架空事例を通して、緊急支援チームが提供する心理教育の構成を具体的に示し、チームが教職員や保護者のために何を提供すべきかを示した。
  In the role of Emergency Support Team, a psychological education accounts for an important meaning. At school, individual care of students are tended to be demanded for Emergency Support Team. However, in fact, observations and treatments of students by teachers and parents make them settle down physically and mentally at most cases. It is important for Emergency Support Team to build trusted relationship with teachers and parents and then to explain clearly how to deal with matters anticipated to be occurred in the emergency case. Then, they facilitate teachers and parents to regain the role of adults and to show student a role model to deal with the crisis. The Information to be provided by Emergency Support Team should be specific and clear. This article is to show what Emergency Support Team should present to teachers and parents through presenting a specific structure of psychological education provided by Emergency Support Team using a hypothetical case of student's fatal accident at school., 大阪教育大学学校危機メンタルサポートセンター

  児童・生徒らが事件・事故の被害にあった場合や、当該校から教育委員会に対して緊急支援チームの派遣要請がなされる。指導主事や心理専門家らで構成された緊急支援チームは、派遣要請から数時間以内に現地に到着し、児童・生徒の心のケアプラン策定や学校の機能回復の手助けをする。この緊急支援チームで、情報収集や学校と心理専門家らのマネジメントを中心に行う重要な役割を担うのは指導主事である。ところが指導主事は、人事の異動が頻回で、その技術を学ぶ時間や継承するシステムが確立できていなかったため、現場では毎年のように混乱が起きている。そこで横浜市教育委員会は、指導主事を対象とした緊急支援に特化した研修を通して、指導主事育成とスクール・カウンセラーなどの心理専門家らとのコラボレーションの構築を始めた。本稿では、この具体的な取り組みと今後の課題について論ずる。
  In case of criminal incidents/accidents involving students, a school asks Board of Education for sending Emergency Support Team. Emergency Support Team, comprised of teachers' supervisors and psychologists, arrives at the school within several hours after the request and supports the school management preparing psychological care plan of students as well as recovering the school fumction. Within Emergency Support Team, teachers' supervisors are taking the important role to collect information as well as to manage school faculties and psychologists. However, the turnover of teachers' supervisors is relatively high and it is difficult to spare enough time to build up the knowledge of emergency support or to succeed such expertise. As such, there are some confusion observed at emergency scene. In response to this point, Board of Education at Yokohama City started to train teachers' supervisors and to build up the system to collaborate with psychologists such as school counselors through implementing the training program on emergency support for teachers' supervisors.   The Clinical Psychology Training Course, which is a unique course offered at Teikyo Heisei University's Department of Clinical Psychology of the Faculty of Health and Medical Science was first taught in 2005. The course has since been offered with changes to improve its content. Its highlight is the “trial counseling" where students receive a total of eight counseling sessions by an appointed counselor who is an off-campus clinical psychologist. The opinions of the students on the course as a whole revealed that many felt that despite occasional difficulties dealing with a program that encourages communication, they grew from the experience. The results of the questionnaire filled out by the students and appointed counselors regarding the “trial counseling" showed that the students applied themselves diligently to the course and that the counselor was satisfied with the outcome. The Clinical Psychology Training Course was therefore regarded as having a positive effect on the psychological growth of students., 帝京平成大学
