• I have worked at the Chiba City Fire Department for 42 years, serving as a paramedic captain, fire brigade battalion chief, and command center team leader. After obtaining my paramedic certification in May 1994, I primarily engaged in emergency medical services. Since April 2010, as an instructor paramedic at the Chiba City Fire Department, I have been involved in the lifelong education of paramedics and the training and development of emergency medical personnel.
